Orange, apple, pear, black grapes, green grapes, banana, kiwi, pineapple, melon, blueberries, Sharon fruit, mango, strawberries
For the berry dip:-
1 spoonful of pureed berries
1 spoonful of crème fraiche
A few drops of honey
Method
- Cut each fruit, using a small sharp knife, as shown
- For the dip, mix equal quantities of pureed berries and crème fraiche together.
- Add a few drops of honey
- Mix in
- Serve your fruit salad, with a little of the dip on the side
