Ingredients

For two wraps per person (four halves)

 

Two soft tortilla wraps per person (8 in pack)

For the rough hummus:

100g tinned chickpeas, drained and rinsed

Juice or quarter of a lemon

20g tahini (only for classes with no sesame allergies)

20ml olive oil

2tbsp warm water

Half clove garlic
