Veggie Wraps with hummus and roasted halloumi 

Ingredients

For two wraps per person (four halves)

 

Two soft tortilla wraps per person

For the rough hummus:

100g (75g drained weight) tinned chickpeas

Juice of quarter of a lemon

12ml tahini (only for classes with no sesame allergies)

20ml olive oil

1 tbsp (8ml) warm water

Half clove garlic
