For 4 small portions

For the mousse:

  • 55g Bournville chocolate (or any dark chocolate about 50% cocoa solids)
  • 20ml orange juice
  • 10g (1 heaped dessertspoon) caster sugar
  • 30ml crème fraiche
  • 1 egg
  • 4-5 drops vanilla essence
  • Zest of half an orange (optional)
