Ingredients
65g sushi rice, cooked, and mixed with 9ml (1 dessertspoon) sushi seasoning
1.5 sheets nori seaweed
black sesame seeds (in class, only for classes with no allergies)
1 slice (about 20g) smoked salmon
half a spring onion, finger-length chunk of cucumber, quarter of a peeled carrot, sixth of a red pepper, 10g mange tout, some strips of thin omelette (optional)
For the Japanese mayonnaise:
1 tbsp mayonnaise, mixed with 1 tsp sushi seasoning, 1 tsp soy sauce, half tsp crushed ginger
To serve
Reduced salt soy sauce, pickled ginger, wasabi (optional)
