- 90g sushi rice, cooked (makes 185g cooked weight)
- Few drops (about half a tsp) rice vinegar
- 1.3 sheets nori seaweed (4 strips)
- 10g smoked salmon
- Quarter of a spring onion, a couple of chives, a finger-length chunk of cucumber, fifth of a peeled carrot, eighth of a red pepper, a small piece of avocado, a couple of mange tout
- Black sesame seeds
To serve
- Reduced salt soy sauce
- Sushi ginger
- Wasabi (optional)
