  • Few drops (about half a tsp) rice vinegar
  • 1.3 sheets nori seaweed (4 strips)
  • 10g smoked salmon
  • Quarter of a spring onion, a couple of chives, a finger-length chunk of cucumber, fifth of a peeled carrot, eighth of a red pepper, a small piece of avocado, a couple of mange tout
  • Black sesame seeds

To serve

  • Reduced salt soy sauce
  • Sushi ginger
  • Wasabi (optional)
