150g sweet potato, cut into thick slices and par-roasted for 18 mins in coconut oil

half tsp ground cumin
half tsp mixed spice
A few fennel seeds
A few chilli flakes (optional)
2 heaped dessertspoons (about one eighth) red onion, chopped finely
salt
40g (7 dessertspoons) frozen peas
A little olive oil (about 15ml)
75g filo pastry, cut into strips 6-7cm wide
Extravirgin olive oil (about 20ml)
