Jubilee Party picnic food!

Ingredients

Vegetable boats, vegetable sticks and a dip

For the boats:

  • One large red pepper, couple of long strips of cucumber, for oars

For the vegetable sticks and fillings:

  • Carrots, cucumber, mange tout, celery, olives

For the dip:

  • 30g petits pois, 1 dessertspoon crème fraiche, couple of chives, salt

Pinwheel sandwiches

  • 2 slices brown bread, from a sliced sandwich loaf
  • 1 slice white bread, from a sliced sandwich loaf

Cucumber filling

  • Butter
  • Very thinly sliced cucumber
  • Cream cheese
  • Chives and dill (optional)

Cheese and marmite filling

  • Butter
  • 20g cheddar, grated
  • Marmite
