Jubilee Party picnic food!
Ingredients
Vegetable boats, vegetable sticks and a dip
For the boats:
- One large red pepper, couple of long strips of cucumber, for oars
For the vegetable sticks and fillings:
- Carrots, cucumber, mange tout, celery, olives
For the dip:
- 30g petits pois, 1 dessertspoon crème fraiche, couple of chives, salt
Pinwheel sandwiches
- 2 slices brown bread, from a sliced sandwich loaf
- 1 slice white bread, from a sliced sandwich loaf
Cucumber filling
- Butter
- Very thinly sliced cucumber
- Cream cheese
- Chives and dill (optional)
Cheese and marmite filling
- Butter
- 20g cheddar, grated
- Marmite
