Ingredients

70g/one third of a pack Halloumi

Olive oil

Sprinkling of dried oregano

1 burger bun

2 pieces of baby gem lettuce

For the guacamole:

Third of a ripe avocado

One quarter of a spring onion

Few drops of tabasco (optional)

Squeeze of lime

Salt

For the salsa:

Three vine tomatoes (about 40g total)

A piece of baby cucumber (these are less watery than the large ones)

One sixth of a red pepper

A little coriander (optional), or basil

Red wine vinegar

Olive oil

Salt and pepper
