Ingredients

  • 75g Halloumi
  • Olive oil
  • Sprinkling of dried oregano
  • 1 burger bun
  • 2 pieces of baby gem lettuce
  • Third of a ripe avocado
  • One quarter of a spring onion
  • Few drops of tabasco (optional)
  • Squeeze of lime
  • Salt
  • Three baby vine tomatoes (about 40g total)
  • Chunk of cucumber (about one tenth of an average cucumber)
  • One sixth of a red pepper
  • A little coriander (optional), or basil
  • Red wine vinegar
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
