60g black beans, drained weight (quarter of a tin)

2 tsp tomato puree, mixed with 1 dessertspoon water
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp ground cumin
1 pinch chipotle chilli flakes
1 clove garlic
Half tsp salt
For the guacamole:
Third of a ripe avocado
Shaving of red onion
A few coriander leaves (optional)
Squeeze of lime juice
A few drops of tabasco sauce (optional)
Salt
Other fillings:
Quarter of a red pepper
30g frozen sweetcorn, defrosted
2 ripe cherry tomatoes
40g Soured cream or Greek yoghurt
Quarter of a spring onion
25g cheddar cheese
Small chunk of iceberg lettuce
