Ingredients – serves 3
- 85ml whipping cream
- 5g/1 dessertspoon icing sugar
- Few drops of vanilla essence
- 50ml orange juice
- 1 tsp ginger syrup, from a jar of stem ginger
- Half a banana
- 7 gingersnap biscuits (75g)
- Half a Flake and a little stem ginger, chopped (optional), for the top
- A cake sparkler or couple of birthday candles to light at home (adult) before serving
